1. Information We Collect

When you register an account or interact with the Platform, we collect necessary user identification data:

  • Account Identity: Full Name, Email Address, and 10-Digit Indian Mobile Phone Number.
  • Regulatory KYC Record: Permanent Account Number (PAN) required for unique account identity and Indian financial market compliance.
  • Investor Preferences: Trading style, risk appetite level, experience tier, and base location.
  • Portfolio Holdings (Voluntary): Uploaded statement records (stocks, mutual funds, quantities, average buy prices) used solely to calculate real-time portfolio analytics.

2. Password Security & 256-Bit Encryption

All passwords are protected using salted PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 one-way cryptographic hashing with high iteration counts. Your plain-text password is never stored in our persistent databases and cannot be decrypted by platform administrators.

Communications between your client browser and our application servers are encrypted in-transit using industry-standard TLS / 256-bit SSL protocols.

3. Zero Sale of Personal Data (Zero Commercial Exploitation)

We adhere to a strict Zero Third-Party Data Monetization Policy:

  • We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal identification, phone number, or email to third-party telemarketers or external broker lead aggregators.
  • Your uploaded portfolio statements are strictly confidential and are never shared with or disclosed to third-party marketing networks.

4. Right to Account Deletion & Data Erasure

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, you have the full right to complete erasure of your personal data.

You can permanently purge your account at any time via the Profile Settings Console. When deleted:

  • Your account record, password hash, and KYC metadata are permanently removed from our active database.
  • Your Email ID, Mobile Phone Number, and PAN are immediately unbound and released.
  • All associated active session tokens are invalidated instantly.
